Nurtan is a Finance Transformation Leader with over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing transformational change programs for executives. Her passion lies in driving business change and accelerating innovation through organizational design, process improvements, and the adoption of new digital technologies.
Over the past two decades, she has advised a wide range of international clients on all aspects of the Finance Transformation journey, enabling sustainable finance capability. This includes conducting finance assessments, developing finance strategies, designing finance operating models, and supporting these with digital technologies as well as SSC/GBS deployments.
Colleagues describe her as a strategic thinker who delivers results through compassionate and hands-on leadership. She excels under pressure, demonstrating resilience. With high energy and impact, she focuses on future growth while balancing quality, budget, and risk. Her strong planning and problem-solving skills enable her to lead teams through complex transformations, delivering implementations that drive outstanding performance. Her exceptional communication and leadership skills inspire and motivate those around her.
Nurtan holds an MBA from RMS/Erasmus, an MSc in Information Systems Management from the University in Michigan, and a Bachelor’s in Business Informatics from Saxion University of Applied Sciences. She worked with Deloitte Consulting, The Hackett Group, and Accenture on projects across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia.
Cynthia Mayer Wolf

Before management consulting, Cynthia held executive leadership positions in the agribusiness industry for 15 years. Her journey from the vibrant agribusiness sector to the dynamic realm of finance transformation consulting showcases her adaptability and expertise while being intimately familiar with the challenges and knowing how to overcome them.
She has experience leading global projects and complex transformation initiatives. Cynthia has great knowledge and experience in the grain trading business, allowing for a deep understanding of the risk and control aspects of the business.
Over the years, she has developed deep knowledge and experience in Finance and Planning areas, with a special focus on control of operations, risk management, investment analysis, organizational transformation, and corporate strategy, including Local, Regional, and Global responsibilities.
Enhanced by her robust comprehension of accounting, treasury, and planning principles, Cynthia possesses a remarkable grasp of concepts and a powerful toolkit to excel in tackling complex projects Cynthia knows first-hand the challenges that Companies might face when deciding to transform.
She has a proactive, hands-on, and collaborative approach, and has led project teams to successful completion.
Cynthia holds a Business Administration degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Argentina.
